Took another cut of comfry, this will be used as a mulch around the sweetcorn after its left to wilt for a day or two. Sprouts are now staked to prevent wind rock, which can result in blown sprouts. Spring cabbage now sown as is the spring cauli. Strawbs now coming to an end, although tayberries are still plentifull. Dahlia,s starting to flower nicely. Most days now consist of feeding and weeding. Tomoto,s still a little behind but am optimistic that we will still get a decent crop this year.

A few pics of the plot..July

Your plot looks so tidy Bob, and the array of veggies puts our measly crop to shame. Your spuds are a lot bigger than our first earlies.

The dahlia is beautiful.
