We try and eat sensibly all week and we have what we call 'fat belly weekends'. Saturday and Sunday we can have more or less what treats we want Come Monday we are both full to busting

I use bales too and so far have had no problem. I pay £2.50 for a bale which lasts me 2/3 months. If I bought bags it would be £3.60 per bed change

In my girls run they have an old little plastic chair, gravel pit, sand pit, upturned plant pots and branches. The little so and so's ignore everything bar the gravel and sand pit!

Well done!! I've been thinking about it because I want to stop smoking but am scared It really annoys me that a little tube of poison rules my life and is slowly killing me.
