I find its best just to have plenty sushi as apposed to having anything with it.
Sushi with cucumber and tuna in the middle are my fave
Plenty of wasabi and pickled ginger oh, and dont forget the soy sauce

Lizzi, I think it depends on the wood you intend to use, Do you already have the wood or are you going to buy it? If your buying it get wood already tanalised.
