We've collected a lot of take-away containers over the years, the plastic ones. They are very useful for freezing stuff in. I certainly wouldn't buy any; the take -away was dear enough! if you have a poundland near you,they sell them,10 to a pack for a £1,i use them to make up meals in for freezing...

i use these sheets on my aviary roof,use 3"screws,with 1.1/2 washers made from an old pr of wellies,and placed 2 1/2"strips of soft foam under the edges,works for me.!

well after my 3 weeks stay in hospital,was,nt thinking that i would have lose,
but managed 1/2lb off,lol,so laying around doing nothing,has,nt done any harm.
