You're welcome ..Got me thinking so I had a look on the net and found this website which has got recipes for all sorts of wines. Haven't tried them yet but I think I'm going to have to work my way down the list!! The thing I like about this was she is very into using free ingredients...works for me....

There's a recipe on the net for lemon curd to freeze that will keep for up to a year. I typed in "freezer lemon curd " I haven't checked it against the recipe that I have used to see if there is anything different about it.

My girls eat anything that happens to walk in their path!! We have fruit trees and they just eat whatever's fallen until they are fed up with it..don't monitor them they kinda do that themselves. The all come to he call which if they are a bit away I think is hilarious because they come swooping dow...

I like them with fried onions and a cheese sauce, bit of cheese on top and then put into the oven..yum ~ haevnt had that for a while...think we'll have that tomorrow.

My girls have layers pellets but they have them both dry in a feeder and some soaked in luke warm or cold water (depending on the weather) in a roasting dish (bit more room to avoid squabbles) then they go like mash and I've not had to grind them up. :-D
