Wow.... we can do better than that. Our Indian restaurant's banquet night is 7.99 for the same and cobra £2.50. It is beautiful food and has a very good reputation around here. Defo put a roof on, our chooks can still have a dust bath in the worst of the rain.

I would recommend the house in the run as you will have two lines of defence agaist predators.

A lot of pet shops keep pellets and corn etc. Some sell it loose by the kilo as well as in the big bags.

Snails and slugs go down a treat (haven't seen them with a frog) Live giant mealworms, pasta (usually spaghetti), any green leaves from the allotment. Grapes, tomatoes. my Mrs's toes {rofwl} she really must stop wearing sandals into the run.
