We helped a little, got our little lot to Bristol and Cardiff, all ok and actually quite perky because they had a nice rest halfway. There are some lovely people out there who really helped, thankyou all. I did not cry this time as I know they have gone to good homes. I only wish we could do more......

how awful, they do like company because they are naturally flock birds, try a PM to Wendy or Richard, they know lots about things like this, others do too.

She is beautiful, with feathers now too, she was only a fraction bigger than Little Hen, and from the same rescue, I will post a relevant new photo tomorrow so you can see how little she is. The little one is her egg! It is the same size as those little coloured confectionary ones...yes, I cried! ht...

I still don't get why her legs and feet are so tiny, she is a very sweet chook now she has adjusted to me, she used to run the fastest the other way!
