Farrow has a bald neck

My hubby noticed that Farrow has a scruffy almost bald neck behind her head. Is it the wrong time of year for moulting ? Nowhere else has feathers lacking, I have checked and can't see any lice etc, do you think my other ladies are pecking them out

What to do ???
