More use of my conservatory?I have just found a brilliant company who at last can make my conservatory more user friendly! Curing PorkI wonder if anyone could tell me how to cure pork, we have our own pigs which we sell as half pigs but would like to start curing and making hams and bacon, any links or help would be great!

Feeding hens greensCan anyone tell me if its really necessary to feed greens to hens, all mine are free range but they have completely striped the grass away, i feel guilty as I can't move them to a new patch as its a very large fixed run.
I do give veg when I can but not sure this is enough. ![]()
