Hi :-D I always cook mine on 190 in a fan assisted oven, season and baste regularly just like a chicken!

Made my butter this afternoon and it was a great success, I didn't have a big jar (for the shaking method) or butter churn yet, so I used an electric whisk and it worked a treat! Ive just frozen some homemade garlic and herb butter in small tubs )t'
