No more chickens!.

All of my girls have gone now, my last one died about 8wks ago, she was the bottom of the pecking order and held on to out live the rest of the girls, she was about 8yrs old . Anyway, I have decided not to keep any more hens now, and sold my Solway eco hen house for £218! £40 less than it cost me .....

Hi Amber, I would just let them settle in, can't say I've ever heard of an animal starving itself to death, unless it's very unwell. Your girls are in a strange enviroment at the moment, and it will take a little while to settle down, at least there were no handbags at dawn!! )t'
