Re: Plastic Coop? Worth it?

Someone mentioned that they had bought a coop from a firm called feel good. Just a word of warning, they are very reluctant to sort my problem out. My coop is less than 6 months old and has broken between the 2 nest box attachment points and they will not do anything about it. Other people may have ...

Wasn't too worried about the size of the run as hubby quickly decided that a Walk-in-Run was the way to go and the little run is a useful fox proofing measure at nig...

Re: Wins and Fails?

Broad beans are looking good :-D

However everything else is so behind, not sure if the runners will do anything, been eaten by snails (have had to slug pellet, hate slug pellets), tomatoes in the greenhouse are starting to flower, so fingers crossed for those.

Blackfly on Goosebury

Any suggestions how to deal? Would a soap solution work, am loathe to use more chemical solution as the fruit bed is in the chicken run (netted!).

Re: restrictive covenants prevent hen-keeping?

We have a restrictive covenant on our house that states that we may not keep fowl on the property. Ours is a fairly new house with a large garden.
