I was a chef for 25 years and know that whole meal flour has not enough GLUTEN in it to hold the bread up as it proves .You can improve the reciept by adding half wholemeal flour with strong bread flour it will still be a bit hevey but give a better result . Poor thing has a chest infection and a cough. She's exhausted. I took here to the vets and they wanted to put here on 4 tablets a day. Around £80 a month. Only one of them was for her chest.
