Re: Chickens started fighingFor what it's worth my understanding was you really should have a minimum of three hens in order to establish a pecking order two isn't really enough and if one dies you are then left with a lone hen which is harder to intergrate new hens with or the lone hen into an existing flock ?

Re: Cockerels?I think you will find unless you live in a rural area it can constitute a noise pollution problem if you get complaints to the environmental health dept of the council they can force you get rid if any Cockerels and will take you to court to enforce if necessary bantams tend to have shriller crowing...

Re: Free to good home.Hi there I have room to take on your girls as I have lost two oldies this year they will be in a Walk-in-Run but allowed out to FR supervised I am at home all day they will have two RIR'S a black rock two pekins two silkies two pilkies and a frizzle for company
