Thanks both. We can live with the whiff as long as they are ok. It's a great point about stimulating night conditions so we could set off late afternoon rather than early morning. They will be in hub's car. I'll be following with the cat and dog!

Rhoda was seen and PTS and her little body disposed of for £28. Out of curiousity the vet asked if she could examine her crop after she was PTS and found a tumour.

I think Linda is right, they move into our heart and memories. It's a lovely way to think of it Linda, thank you.
