Hello again, some of you may remember I had to give up my Burford Browns. We are moving soon but wont have the room I thought. So do you think a 10ft by 4ft run would be big enough for two large hens e.g Buff Sussex or should I go for the Bantum's. Wondered what the difference in egg size would be?

Hi Wendy, I have found that if you take them and put them in a dog cage etc, and keep them in the light on there own they soon give up and are happy to be out again. Thanks, for the advice. The floors not rotten seems to have been small fire at some point and needs some of the frame work replacing, but looks like the kitchen unit needs to come out first.!!!
