New puppy

We have had benson for 4 days now and he as gorgeous , he is a rescue pup from Zante and around 16 weeks old. He has settled in really well with only a couple of problems , soft stools still and fleas ! He was wormed and flead before he arrived apparently.... All the details are in his passport.. He...

Ive not left any of Sheldons food down today and he still came in to have a look , the door is open alot during the day... but he has a collar with a bell so at least i can hear him.. I shouted and took chase with a sports drink bottle filled with water ...gives a good squirt ! The neighbors now rea...

Thank you for all your kind words and thoughts.. Its been just over a week now and I can actually go more than a couple of hours without bursting into tears ! People have been so kind ..a friend took me to lunch last Friday and then to the stables where she works to have lots of horse/ pony cuddles ...

Yesterday was the most awful day ,I had to say goodbye to Homer ...Ive had him since he was 10 weeks old , he was a rescue puppy that had not had a good start ...he was 17 years this September... Ive put few things up regarding Homer recently but Ill give a quick reminder lol. Hes very nearly 17 , very poor sight and little hearing .. Hes on steroids for his achey joints and these seem to be really helpful except for the fact he's struggling to stand up on parts of the house where the floors...

Homer gulping food then vomiting back !

Homer is 17 years old next month and has been on steroids for the past couple of months.. They have helped him with his aches and pains but as I was told he would drink a lot more and is always hungry ! He gulps his food down and then he brings it back up ...its not vomit its literally as it went do...

Im going to call into the vets this afternoon ...Ide hate the vet to think im trying to tell him how to do his job though but I have to try everything...
