No, she's fine, and even despite on what's been going on the last couple of days she is still eating fine.
It's not happening all the time, it can be all quiet for half an hour, then all of a sudden it starts and is over again.

No, they are not spending more time in the nest box, all was quiet this morning, until I let them out and it has started again, I am going to put one in with the net over the door and they will have to take it in turns to come out, that's all I can do.
