i lucky ,i live near a sawmill and can have all the off-cuts of wood for nothing,and my son works for a big steel company,so get the big pallets and railsleeps that are no good to them,,only had my woodburner in since november,,but it makes my little bungalow so warm,its lovely,and costs nothing to ...

well i can,nt help myself,went and got an other 4 ex-batts to-day,from the egg farm,well with christmas coming! i cannt eat meat so thought i,ll give some more the gift of freedom. now have 10 ex-batts,the 1st 6 i got back in march ,are now looking lovely in their feathers. was oven-readys when i go...

i like on mine ,a small steak of tuna with 1/2 tin of blended tomatoes with a small amount of mixed herbs and tbsp of tomatoe paste,cover the tuna with it,place in microwave for 2 1/2 mins,yummy ,and no syns

my girls run is part covered but the way its been rain of late the run got waterloged,so now add a couple of buckets of wood chips every 3or 4 days,seams to be keeping them dryer.

winter feed

now the girls are,nt laying as many eggs now the days are shorter(6 girls 1 egg every other day) do you cut down on the amount of layers feed you give your girls? and give more corn. mine get layers in the morning then corn in the afternoon.

any apple tree growen on a no 9 rootstock is a good buy for a small garden.
