Re: Tortoises are thick skinned, luckily. When I was a child I found a tortoise walking across the road. So I picked it up and carried it home, fortunately facing away from me, because it started to pee, and it just kept going! I couldnt believe something that little, about the size of a tea plate, could have that much fluid inside it. I th...
Re: SoxSorry I havent been on here for a while, but I just have one kitten now. I found really good homes for four of the kittens, and I kept a little boy who I called Boo. He is a lovely kitten, and we love him to bits. Ive been promised photos of the babies when they get to 1 year. http://gallery.chelten...
Re: SoxRight the kittens are now 9 weeks old, and this weekend three of them left home. Two to a friends grand daughter, and one to my next door neighbour. The fourth one leaves on Wednesday evening, and then it will be Sox and Boo. They've all grown up so much, and they were mad, running round the living ...

SoxHello, about 12 weeks ago I was offered and adopted a little black and white cat, who we called Sox. They are 4 weeks now, and full of life and great fun to...

Re: Have you back up facilities?I have a medium sized dog crate, called 'The Hospital' for when someone is ill, and it goes in the dining room by the doors where they can see the others.

Re: Do I? Don't I?Go for it. Free some girls, and let them have the earth beneath their feet, and fresh air in their lungs. And well done for doing it.
Re: RIP Granny (lovely horse and rider! )
