Put some weld mesh under the bin, get ratty out first! :-D
Rats will eat just about anything including chicken poo when they are hungry, also makes a cosy place to rear their young.

I assume this is another English orchard gone out of business, with land being sold for building. I don't think so as it is one of about seven orchards of different fruits all on one farm. All the other orchards are OK so I think they are just grubbing up an oldish one to replant. Dom Good news ind...
