Roast lambybob for us today, with roast tatties, cabbage, cauli cheese, carrots and leeks... a bit of gravy and mint or redcurrent sauce too )eat(

My daughters favourite spag bol and button mushrooms cooked in garlic and butter yum :-D

Chicken curry here. No doubt dh and ED will moan its not hot enough! My answer- you want it hotter? Cook it yourself then!!!

(Although must admit to feeling ever so slightly guilty when cooking chicken since I have my girls outside!)

Stuffed Mushrooms, ( from boofs ) sliced chicken and chips.

I am having left over turkey and feta cheese burgers boiled new potatoes sweetcorn and a yogurt, mayonnaise and cucumber dressing. Hubby is haveing SPAM hash yike* yike* he said it looked nice in picture he saw - anyone rember spam fritters.

We had homemade bacon, black pudding and eggs (not homemade but laid by our hens)...with a potato cake / hash browns.

Chicken wrapped in some lovely air-cured pork shoulder from our butcher for us tonight. Think we'll have it with asparagus :-D

Oooh Saz, I remember Booooths, take it they're still going then? That's good )t' :-D I always remember our local one having a coffee grinding machine which made the whole store smell lovely :-D

Totally understand how you feel there Moorland, I had that feeling too when I first got our girls.

I felt really odd cooking chicken, especially whole ones.

Somehow I managed to get my head around it by putting the two things in different areas of my head >dum<

I love cooking and I love chicken too.
