Spice encrusted lamb neck fillet with Cheshire new potatoes and a baby leaf salad......
but on reflection I can't be bothered cooking so the lamb is in the fridge soaking in the spices for tomorrows dinner.

I've prepped some baked beans a la Ofry.

Mrs Orfy is going to do me a couple of small baked spuds with the beans and matured cheddar.

The beans are standard baked beans with a dash off cayenne, cumin and smoked paprika.

Shepherds pie, in individual oval dishes. Minced beef (Ok I know it should be lamb) with carrots, onion, peas, a smidgeon of garlic, and mashed potato spread over it with mature cheese melted on the top.......with a beautiful beef onion gravy to pour over it when its piping hot. )t'

I'm not sure yet but it will be made with 500g of lean minced beef that I have defosting in the fridge.

Italian beef meetballs in a vine tomoatoe and basil sauce with sgabetti sounds good to me.

Unless I change my mind.
