Hi :-D I dont think i should have added any apple peal for extra pectin!
Does anyone know how you can reverse the process? I would stand a spoon up in it... if i could get a spoon in it!! {rofwl}

Leave it in the pan overnight with water on top???
I suppose you've boiled too much water off, maybe it would disolve some more in.
????

I agree with that I'd put some boiling water in it and then reduce down ...but not so much )grin2(
