Hi Orfy

that all looks good!

We love having BBQ'S husband is great with the rib eye steak,(sorry to all the veggies) :?

Not got that many in this year though, all the salad is your own i am assuming and home made beer??

Have you tried doing salmon on the BBQ? It takes around 8 mins in foil!

Lets hope for an Indian Summer! )t'

If I have friends over and I want an "Easy" meal I do a side of herb coated salmon on the BBQ and do a couple of packets of rice. With a nice salad.
It makes a lovely quick meal a cost of around £2 a person. Much cheaper and nicer than eating out.

The fish in the picture was hake at around a pound a portion.
The beer is a commercial Elderberry stout at 8%

I use charcoal in a bag at £1 so the whole thing is quite good value really.

I think its much nicer having people to dinner!

We used to go out 3 couples, every other sat night!

Now we each take turns to do a meal its so much nicer!

The other 2 couples are both italian, and you know how they love their food!

We sit for hours eating, chatting, drinking, and as we have a couple of smokers in the party, its so much easier all round!

Also the price for going out to eat and drink has gotten ridiculous!

Even the local pub charges £11.95 for a steak with salad mushrooms etc, plus we are all in walking distance from eachother so no petrol or cars to worry about! )t'
