Few things nicer than a good salad with a nice dressing. {hug}
My mum was on holiday in Shropshire, recently and brought me back a selection of Rapeseed oils with flavouring. The lemon one is yummy. Havnt tried the others yet.

Ooo they sound nice...we were bought a raspberry vinaigrette for Christmas (says it all really doesn't it when someone sees that and thinks I know who would love that )sh ) ...it is delciious!!! ....now I just need to work out how to make it myself so it tastes the same )grin2(
