Have got tons. Has anybody preserved them? If so how? Please

I normally just preserve mine sliced in white wine vinegar, or any other vinegar for that matter. Just make sure your metal lids are those ones with plastic seals on inside (if you know what I mean).

I just make sure I sterilise the bottles first. )t'
