No weight gain )t' )t' Keep up the motivation, shame you cannot use the pool much longer that would have been ideal. Walking is good, doesn't put too much strain on things :-D By the time you come back to the UK you could have lost a stone or so :-D

Wonderful news Angie, keep it up, you must be so pleased with yourself )t' .

My loss to date is now 1 stone which was acheived last week but weighed in today and stayed the same 14stone )dwn:

Will be off to Bahrain next week for a couple of days R & R so can't see me doing very well next week either as l can have my favourite tipple of rose wine over there {warn}.

Weather cooling down here now so definately no swimming but able to walk round compound, as i don't enjoy the treadmill so only use it when its too hot and humid outside.

Hope you are all doing well on your diets {hug&kiss} .

thanks for all your surport, )t' {hug} {hug&kiss} , in total since april 08 it ,s a loss of nearly 7 stone, but still more to go yet, but getting there, i,m down 2 shoe sizes and dress size from a 38 to a 18.
)ot:
i was in a very nasty accident afew years ago, were a lorry that was behind me,he went over me ,(the police say at about 60mph)went over the back of my car,as i sat wiating to turn in my road home, i was pinned in my car and nearly lost my life, after many months and lots of dr-ugs,witch is what caused the weight to pack on,so after all these years im now getting my life back. )c( )c( .

My goodness you have nearly lost our Helen !!
That is totally brilliant.
I am not surprised you had problems after your accident, more power to you for getting yourself through it all and then losing the weight as well.

That is a lovely photo of you - 7 stone is an absolutely staggering weight loss Angie. Well done you. )c( )c(

The accident must have been horrendous and it sounds as if it had a huge impact on you. To go from a size 38 down to a size 18 must be so cathartic for you. )t'

Well done, keep us posted with more pics please!
