(f+ LOL A friend at work is really down so a few of us have agreed to go for a horse-riding lesson with her to cheer her up.

The last time I got on a horse was when I was about 15. It bolted and the stirrups came undone.

I didn't fall off but I was very embarrassed.

I still love them, though. What scares you about them?

Sharon, all you can do is take one day at a time. Put yourself first, like Richard says. You can't make everything go away or get better but you need to be healthy to cope.

Keep taking your meds so you get enough sleep and come on here and tell us if you have a really good or really bad day, or anything inbetween.

You have our support as you know. Writing it down should help you put it all in perspective and you know we all care about you so don't feel like you're annoying anyone.

I know you feel isolated but we are here for you )t' (f+

They are enormous, aren't they. I haven't had much to do with horses, just never grew out of loving them as a girl.

I always wanted one but we could never afford it. Not that I understood as a child.I do feed some near us and one has a head almost as big as me but he is a big softie (f+

Goodness you've been busy chatting while I was sorting the dinner out!

I know what you mean about horses, I used to ride a bit when I was about 20 but didn't go for ages, then my friend got a horse, but I realy don't feel comfortable around them.

Will pm you re birthdays - and you need to let us know yours!

Take care and hope you get a good night's sleep x

I had horsed (2) up until about 25 years ago!

Loved them went everywhere with them the kids too!

I miissed the life after horses!

We went down to cornwall when my daughter was about 14 i hadnt ridden for a long while, but because they knew i could ride they put me on a trotter!

OMGGGGGGG we had a 2 hour ride across the downs he would never walk just trotted all the time!

Well next day i was walking like John Wayne the painnnnnnn i was in couldnt even sit on the loo for 3 days, we only went for a week LOL ! Everyone was in stitches they thought it very funny i couldnt laugh it hurt to much

Not been riding since! But loved all those years of getting up at 5am summer and winter )t'

Poor you Babycakes. I really can sympathise, my back can be awful at times.

Have you seen your doctor? Anti-inflammatories and physio normally work wonders for me when mine gives out :-D

Doc appointment in the morning )c( and have been across the corridor to see the new fitness instructor in the gym, she's shown me some gentle excercises to help relieve it a bit.
