What a week i had, started feeling ill last week, but just thought it was a cold, boy was i wronge.
The syptoms were , aching arms, legs and back. Fever/cold attacks, pounding head. Went to the doc, and he said that i had picked up a viral infection and that it was attacking my immune system, boy it heart. I was told to take paraceptmol, ibuprofen and plenty of fluids and to have plenty of rest and to just ride it out. Lets just say i sure am glad i normaly have good health.

Thanks for the good wishes you all, the doctor confirmed that it was not flu. He said that there is so many different types of flu going about and they are hard to pin-point. Not being my most favourite of places, i was just so glad to get out of there, even though i was none the wiser

One of our friends has been very poorly this week with a severe viral infection.

I have just got over an unnamed viral infection too. I have never had such a bad headache before, it was worse than the aching muscles and made me feel constantly sick. The only thing that worked for some respite were strong painkillers.
