Hey half a pound is half a pound and a loss is a loss Linda...just think that just half a pound is a pack of butter (because that's how I imagine weight)....I'm due to weigh myself on Monday...but I have a feeling it's going to be a big wake up to get back on track..hey I'll do it.

Half a pound is fine - lose half a pound every week and before you know it you've lost a stone )t' I've feeling quite chipper this week as I'm wearing some clothes I've not fit in for a while although according to the scales I've not lost a pound in the last week and a half. Hey ho. Losing weight is def making a difference to my athritic knee - yes its still painful and swollen but def better than it was - so it does make a difference, so perserverance is the key!

Every little helps as the T*sco lady says! Half a pound a week is 2lb a month is 24lb - nearly 2 stone in a year )t' All the best for the op, it is daunting thinking about these things but you will be in safe hands.

I am a bit off track, it is my weigh in tomorrow morning and I have a sneaky feeling that the holiday weight I lost last week will have snook back on, well it was girls night out on Tuesday a very nice dinner including chips and 2 large glasses of wine followed by ice cream, then today I suddenly found myself with a white chocolate Magnum in my hand, how did that happen? I need to get back on track, I have got rid of my 16s and 18s so cannot outgrow the 14s again {warn}

Oh Helen you make me {rofwl}

Better than I thought, just over half a pound off this morning :-D that's 2lb of the holiday gain got rid of, just under another pound and I will be back on track.

Maybe white chocolate Magnums don't have any calories.....

I was in sasda tonight and I saw that magnumms are on special offer so if you ladies want to indulge it will cost you less therebuy savinh money and of it could be classed as super frugal {rofwl}

You can have six for the price of three I think or something like that )t' Lindaxx

)app( Well done!

Went to my first weigh in and lost 5.5lb - absolutely chuffed to bits as I had been poorly in the week so didn't expect so much!

Good luck everyone this week {hug}

WOW! Well done on those losses! I am trying NOT to put any back on, I shall be really disappointed but unsurprised if the scales move on up this week, my head seems to have lost the way a bit, not helped by a trip to Whitby on Friday - pork pies for lunch and fish n chips for tea.....
