Hi Maz, I have lost two and a quarter pounds this week :-D although I had an upset tummy (polite) never mind, thought it would have been at least a stone {rofwl} Not sure about Ma, she had had a poorly hen baboushka to look after and I did ask her if she has been eating Baboushka's treats, mealworms, etc, but she denied it, anyway am sure Ma will be along soon )t'

When I was dieting seriously and needed to lose alot of weight, I use to keep a pot of vinegar handy in the house and anything the kids didn't eat I use to pour vinegar on instantly so I wouldn't eat it :-D

(Tricky when it was chips)

HHHmmmm...yes Perchy, I like alot of vingar on my chips too :-D

Well done Maz and Perchy for losing weight this week, that is fantastic! )c( )c(
Keep up the good work, and let us all keep on track!

I did manage to refrain from eating Baboushkas treats of mealworms etc :? but I have ever so slightly slipped of the wagon being rather distracted by the lovely Baboushka and have had a few more glasses (bottles) of wine than I should have. So, tomorrow is a new day, Baboushka is hopefully on the mend, and I shall do my weigh in on Tuesday and let you know what I have lost or gained. Yesterday my parents came to visit and they could not believe how much weight I have lost and how much its shows! :-D

Keep it up gals!!

:-D yes perchy! I agree with ma. you always make me laugh!! I have just seen this thread and can see you are all taking this matter very seriously!
I joined ww 4 weeks ago and although only had to lose a stone it seemed a mammouth task on my own! I was dead fed up as couldnt get into my jeans without lying down, breathing in and sheer brute force! and then the awful muffin top effect!!
anyway I have found the points system really good! and all those veggies in the garden a real godsend! I have lost 9 and half pounds so far but the last few pounds are going to be differcult to shift..only lost 1 lb this week.
cant wait to get my gold card...

Welcome to the slimming thread, I know it's so hard to lose weight and keep it off }hairout{ thats why we started getting a little light hearted about this thread, we are all doing well, and a pound lost is great, well done for losing the weight you have )t' I have in the past laid on the floor trying to get my jeans on yike* and didn't dare have a drink in case I needed the toilet {rofwl} Just couldn't go on like that, feel better now but it's a way of life, and I never beat myself up if I put on a pound or three

Am now at my target weight of 9 stone +pinn+

{rofwl} {rofwl} {rofwl} That really made me laugh!

Balsamic? Yumm!

Perchy, I have mad thoughts that come into my head from time to time, but that one really takes the vinegar covered biscuit!
