Please wish me luck!
Please wish me luck!First of all, sorry I've not been here for the last week or so. I've had shingles in my eye which has been bluddy painful and meant I couldn't really see
Anyway, on Thursday I'm going for my 3rd lot of de-nervation on my right sacroiliac joint. I have Ankylosing Spondolitis. Hopefully this will mean a lot less pain meds for me and I'll be able to come off the morphine, which, naturally gets in the way of a normal life (although it's goooooood! ) The only part I hate is having to be awake when it's done, I get sedated but I don't think they give me enough as my tolerance to dr-ugs is very high Rambling on here, but needed to put it down somewhere. I'll be about a lot more from Thursday, 2 weeks off work and I'll be annoying you all! Lou x I AM NOT A BLOKE!!! - I may not be a ladieeeeeeeee, but I'm ALL woman!
Hurry up to Hertfordshire Sunny Clucker!
Re: Please wish me luck!hope it goes well, and not too painful, but should be worth it in the end.
Re: Please wish me luck!I don't know what de-nervation involves but it sounds very scary and painful so I'll be keeping everything crossed for you At least you've had it done before so know what to expect from the treatment and also how beneficial it has been
I've recently had shingles too and it was very painful and has taken longer than I thought to start feeling normal again. Shingles in your eye? Ouch!!! Lucy x

Re: Please wish me luck!Lou , hoping you get real benefit from having this procedure ,it does not sound a pleasant experience.
It will be alright in the end , if its not alright, it isn't the end .
