I could do with a spot of this

Post by saint-spoon »

Anything that will stop my legs aching after an hour on the cross trainer sounds like a bonus to me; however is tweaking the genetics of mice the same as letting nature take its course? Ultimately a prey species will evolve to avoid the predator or it’ll become an extinct prey species. Anyway I am looking forward to being able to do to hours cross-trainer without getting achy legs.

It's your willpower you need to work on, S-S, not your genes. Think of Eddie Izzard and his incredible 43 marathons in 51 days (over 1,000 miles) with practically no training!

Wow, something that would help me walk the three-quarter mile to the allotments and burn my fat without using my marmite soldiers! )c(
