Good to hear you are feeling better Jen.
A positive attitude is what us ladies have and the men haven't that is the difference between their illnesses and ours

Good to hear you are getting better.

Hope you didn't pass it on to your boyfriend. The virus can very easily multiply as it passes gender.

As for the cut, lot's of Washing Up in a good liquid helps they tell me.

With finger cuts I generally just stick to a shoulder sling, usually I can remove that after two weeks when the pain is subsiding.

Oh Richard you are so brave, you mean you don't go to hospital for pain relief and bed rest when you cut yourself? :-D

I thought it quite a serious thread.

And no, I wouldn't trouble the Hospital - they're for one inch cuts which could lead to gangrene, tetonus and septosemia etc.

Also, why do women have so many headaches ?

I have just been reading the typographical intercourse between Stace, Kateg and Lorraine. It was a bit like that day time gossip television thing with the dark haired Nolan sister and the lady who was married to Chris Evans (possibly) (the one before he married the Piper girl). Pointless, misinformed and somewhat deranged. All I can say is that you ladies have vivid imaginations but that seems to be something to do with the ‘XX’ chromosomes. The ‘Y’ chromosome (or common sense chromosome as the scientists call it) unfortunately leaves us chaps prone to some really nasty diseases including the dreaded manful. Perhaps you ladies should stick to things that you know and are good at such as washing up and going ahh at ickle bunny wabbits with their ickle fluffy tails; leave the intellectual stuff such as whether or not David Beckham is a complete plonker, or Holly Whilloby’s vital statistics to us chaps. This is the natural way of things and unfortunately the genetics of the situation mean that it can never change. Have a nice weekend; for the blokes watching and discussing England V Kazakhstan (a couple of cold beers will help co-ordinate the intellectual synapses) and for the ladies it’s supposed to be dry so a good time to catch up with the washing and ironing. Xxxxx

P.s. I’m not surprised that Evans divorced her with radical views such as she has.

It's the XX chromosome thing again I suspect.

So you believe the headache excuse then? Seems we fooled you again :-D :-D

Actually it is a lovely day today so I have been outside watching hubby and his dad building the run for my chickens. I designed it and they are following the instructions quite well. It was nice seeing them doing something useful while I drank a cup of tea in the sunshine and stroked the dog. I have machines to do the menial tasks like washing pots and clothes, and hubby is a whizz with the hoover.

What would we do without you to entertain us?
