i am nervous for today( friday), i have to go to a podospecialist over my foot, either getting new shoes made or something like a insert, im as nervous as hell, not knowing what is going to happen,my only hope is that they dont mangle my foot too much as it hurts bad enough, anyone else here been to a podotheropist?
i have to be there at 8am:(, so any advice before then would be a great help

Well I have been to see the foot specialist at our local hospital and have ended up with an insert for my shoes.
Although I haven't had the foot problems that you have Sharon and my foot wasn't painful. He was very sweet and gentle.

I went to a podiatrist and she sorted out the pain in my foot with some inserts. It was fine.

sorry folks been bit depre moment, been told foot inserts and ankle brace like thing, get inserts next friday, ankle brace have to go hospital for!!!!!!!!!!!!1i am feeling weepy as i am angry at myself for falling from the bus , and trying to do all the normal things i used to do and it takes forever , thankyou all for your thoughts and support x x sharon xx
