Anniversary cross stitch

Post by wendy »

My daughter has been married 25 years on the 16th. I have done this for her, we have just framed it. I thought I would show you it before I wrap it.
Not the best photo I am afraid, but I took it with my aim and fire cybershot.

That is really lovely. Well done.
I am totally into cross-stitch. Have a few samplers on the go for Christmas. Would be interested in sharing patterns etc with you?
Let me know. Gill

I have got loads, Gill.
I do keep the patterns. So I am happy to share.
I am afraid I have so many done now. I am a bit like the Tate Gallery. I have to keep taking ones down to put others up. )grin2(

I love the words on this one Al. I have done it a number of times for anniversaries of friends. I wish someone would do it for me :-D I will have to do my own I think.
Getting heavy here. But the words are so true. Love does change to something far deeper and precious the longer you stay the course.

Well, as it happens miss cheeky Perchy, I did one for my friend's graduation some years back. She was so thrilled wit it that I decided to do one for her for her wedding.

It never got finished and they are now divorced.
