Nine charity shops checked, the only one not open yet is the charity book shop!
Before I consider a new one, there's Lincoln's charity shops as well; bus pass later this week I think! )w(

The plan is wine cork candles (not an original idea) and looking at the cone shaped one, witches hats! Just need to come across the right container for that one! :-D

Anything I can lay my hands on! There's mainly parrafin wax, in powder form in the box, a full bag of stearin and even some sheets of coloured beeswax! I recycled all the bits of candle I'd collected over the year yesterday, but i need more info on wicks!
Thanks for the offer! )t'

Replied!

No, I've found instructions on the net, but I think I'll save the beeswax for special occasion! )pty

That looks really good Mallard, think you have found yet another hidden talent. Was going to suggest looking on the net............

There is a secondhand bookshop in Billingborough, but not open everyday. When I get a minute I can have a look at the opening hours for you if you like.

Done a couple of one offs today; I found the pint pot in a charity shop and thought it would make a nice centre piece for a little allotment birthday bash next month! I bought the hamster mug for my scarecrow's facebook pal Eric the Hamster, sadly he died last year, so I thought a candle for Eric, soon to be winging its way to my friends on the Gower peninsula!
