metric conversion please -knitting needles

Hi ,just about to start knitting some prem baby bonnets for Babycakes and all my needles are antiques so can someone tell me the conversion from 3.25mm needles to the old sizings please ?
It will be alright in the end , if its not alright, it isn't the end .
