Finished

Post by wendy »

I have a cross stitch that I pick up and put down. If I need to do other ones then I will do them and go back to my 'big ' one

I have yet to frame this, but it is one of a pair so I will do them both together. Gawd knows how long I will be on the other one.

Spot the mistake .......

Really beautiful! I think the... ahem... deliberate mistake adds character. A unique piece of work - you must have enjoyed doing it.
I used to always have a piece of craftwork or knitting on the go, haven't done anything for a while. Think you have whetted my appetite. )t'

Stunning Wendy! I didn't see the answer in tiny writing and looked at the photo at least 5 times before I got it! >dum<

Dread to think Manda. But they were all enjoyable.

As usual Wendy, a beautiful piece off work. )t' I love anything to do with birds. I also didn't read the small print and never saw the mistake, but then who is looking for a mistake when there is so much more to look at.

That must have taken forever, Wendy! Loads of lovely 'down time' moments.

I am jealous of either the skill or the time - no, both!!!

I couldn't see your mistake Wendy. Gosh, you are a busy lady. One of my best mistakes is a huge one. I made the curtains before we moved into our new home - been here seven years now, and it was only a few years ago when I realised that on one curtain the feathers pointed upwards, and on the other they pointed down! We only draw them last thing at night, as we are not overlooked, so I haven't gone in for the tedious job of unpicking the rufflette on one and putting it at the proper end.
