Oh Mrs Boodles, how beautiful and how sad those few lines are. I had heard that some horses died at Cheltenham. Was one of them your daughters? A dreadful loss of such beautiful creatures. {hug}
I am now a widow and live with my memories.

yes June, her favourite horse that she looks after had to be destroyed after falling at 2nd last and breaking a leg. She was with him when he was put down so the last thing he heard was her voice. She is very cut up about it, she has never lost one before and she idolises her racehorses. She looked after this ones full brother and he won at Cheltenham before being sold on and she was thrilled when she got this horse to look after. She is like me and finds putting things into words a help.
