Chi Chi's baby clothes all finished

Post by wendy »

Here are the clothes I have knitted for Audrey's little boy.
She asked for a shawl from my friend Ann.

I won't post until after the Christmas holidays, as I don't want the parcel lost.

Awww Wendy, what absolutely gorgeous cute little things for Audrey's baby.

You and your friend Ann are such hugely talented ladies.

I love to see little ones in home made knitted things :-D

Me too Bev.
But so many want them dressed in jeans and jumpers at 2 weeks old :?
I have loved every second of knitting these little things.

I know Wendy, don't like that kind of thing personally. They have their whole lives to grow up and start wearing things like that.

They are gorgeous Wendy :-D I'm another one who likes to see babies in hand-knits and proper baby clothes.

As usual from you Wendy, beautiful work which will be really appreciated. It is so rare to be able to buy proper baby clothes today. Most babes are dressed in mini grown up clothes which I suppose some people find cute, but I love to see a baby in fine knits with ribbons etc.
What a lucky little baby. Are you a fast knitter Wendy? There is a fair bit of work there and as already said so well made. >tree<

Wendy they are beautiful.
Call me old fashioned, but I agree with everyone else, babies should be dressed in baby clothes not small versions of adult clothes.
