We know that the japanese juist use the term 'scientific research,' as a feeble attept to justify the slaughter. If you were them, you would have to come up with some kin d of justification, no matter how weak.

Here's a thought! I can imagine the Japanese singing this song, once whales are fully protecrted.

"Whale meat again, don't know where, don't know when.
But, I know whale meat again, some sunny day!"
