Ladies - an alternative for 'those days'Re: Ladies - an alternative for 'those days'yeap mirena for me too but i feel 'out of the gang' lol
ps the mirena is great I have chickens Blaze, Star and Comet, who have met Sunny Clucker in Cheshire :-)
I'm training to be a midwife!!!!! Re: Ladies - an alternative for 'those days'Old fashioned rusty spring coil for me so eggcup full is a definite under estimate! That the mooncup can cope with what it did is some going.
Gave up an any sort of hormonal treatment as it makes me constantly ravenous and only want to use the bed for sleeping, ideally for 14 hours a day Not great for the relationship, really " -zere isn't much to do 'ere, unless you like cooking and chickens!"
Re: Ladies - an alternative for 'those days'I think this is an excellent thread, unfortunately it is not something I can participate in now! If you know what I mean

If you can't be a good example........ you will just have to be a horrible warning Re: Ladies - an alternative for 'those days'I wish I just knew how much longer I had to go..........!
As sure as eggs are eggs, as soon as I splashed out and bought one, that would be it! Helen xx

Re: Ladies - an alternative for 'those days'Helen,
Not enjoying your use of the phrase "splashed out" in this context, really !! Go on, woman, just buy one. Even if Mother Nature kicks in straight away (sod's law, really, bound to happen) you'll be the envy of all your friends with your splendid (waterproof and totally leak-free!!) new egg-cup! CA!
Re: Ladies - an alternative for 'those days'
Or you could always sell it on Eboy Lucy x Lucy x
Always do sober what you said you'd do drunk. That will teach you to keep your mouth shut - Ernest Hemingway Re: Ladies - an alternative for 'those days'Ha ha ha! I had already thought of selling it on ebay Lucy!
Also, CA, I guess the 'eggs are eggs' phrase was quite suitable too! Pennies are really (no, REALLY) tight at the moment, so it would be a big decision at my age. Helen xx

I just looked on Ebay, there seem to be quite a few for sale but you would have to know your cup size A or B Missing my little friend Sunny Clucker
Re: Ladies - an alternative for 'those days'You can find out your cup size by looking on their website. Or on the back of one of the boxes in Boots
Waiting to welcome Sunny Clucker to Northern Ireland!
Re: Ladies - an alternative for 'those days'Anyone over thirty years old is cup size A. You're only a B if you're under thirty and haven't given birth vaginally. (I wonder what it is that's supposed to happen on your 30th birthday to make you go up a size - I don't remember anything myself, but I've always led a bit of a sheltered life....!).
I'd just like to quote from the Mooncup instruction booklet: "We do not recommend sharing your Mooncup with another woman". I can't imagine they'd recommend buying them second-hand. Then again maybe they just want to sell more. But I wouldn't fancy it myself. CA! Re: Ladies - an alternative for 'those days'
There are soooooo many answers I have not given " -zere isn't much to do 'ere, unless you like cooking and chickens!"
Re: Ladies - an alternative for 'those days'I've just caught up on this thread and I have to tell you all I've been snorting with laughter!!!!!! The comments are sooo funny!!
