As I said I used to watch him every night whilst having my tea. He's not changed a bit. What you see is what you get.
The only thing I hope is he doesn't go back to having the same old guests Cilla Black, Jackie Collins etc.
But so far so good

Like Wendy I am not overly fussed by Paul's chat show, take it or leave it really. I used to like the chase. )t'

I liked the chase as well. Just not into any of those type of shows. One show, Paul O'Grady, etc. etc.

Actually I like him and his music. I was around in the 60's but never went to see him. My friend who is an avid fan used to go to his house and see him, and he always was nice to her.

No I just thought he was a bit plastic in the respect of the waxed face and dyed hair and leathers. I know he's 73 but grow old gracefully. He hasn't lost the voice like so many have at that age and shout their song out like Barry Manilow and Neil Diamond, as much as I love them as well. But Cliff was good last night it was just the dressing up like a teenager.

I've seen Cliff Richard a few times, twice at The Hammersmith Odeon, once at the London Palladium (with the Shadows and Mike Yarwood!!) and once at a Sevenoaks Church where he did an un-publicised Acoustic Concert for Tear Fund.
All back in the 70's and 80's.

I'm not a fantastic fan but have total respect for his professional performances, always spot on.
Plastic - he's had a bit of work done !!

Paul O'Grady, really nice genuine bloke but the Chat Show is not my cup of tea. Watched the programmes from Battersea Dogs Home....brilliant.

Oh dear not good news for Paul. Michael Ball did his show tonight as Paul was unwell. I got bored with it and had Pointless instead.
Tonight it was revealed that he was rushed into hospital with heart problems. He has told a friend he's having surgery tomorrow and will be away for several weeks.
I wish him well

Wishing Paul a speedy recovery. I think he is a lovely, genuine person and I do enjoy his chat shows. His Battersea dog programmes had me crying a few times, and you could see his genuine love of all the animals.

It's a genetic thing apparently, I remember him speaking about it once and his expectation of sudden illness at some stage.
He even went on the lines of every day could be his last sort of thing.

Horrible isn't it.

Let's hope that medicine has progressed in such a way to help both him and others with a similar disposition have a more optimistic future.

I caught a bit of his programme tonight, while visiting a friend. It wasn't the same, no one can do it like Paul can. I do hope he pulls through this, it would be very sad if he didn't. He is a great entertainer and a genuinely nice person. Best wishes Paul and lots of love.

Apparently he's leaving hospital tomorrow. They've booked people to do the rest of the week. I can see him returning Monday.

I love Paul O Grady show, watched last night and had to turn over for five minutes as I thought June Brown wasn't making sense :? Did think Emma Willis did well to interview her, because I think I would have given up and given more time to another guest. Did anyone else on DTL watch it?
