Tesco has reduced its Christmas stock to 1p, but the items are hard to find.

Items found include:
•1p Black Magic chocolate 375g (barcode ending 1692)
•1p Cadbury's Milk Tray 600g (barcode ending 7085)
•1p After Eight collection (barcode ending 6142)
•1p Toblerone Fruit & Nut 400g (barcode ending 7734)
•1p Penn State limited edition chilli roasted pretzels
•1p Thornton's chocolate cheeky devils (barcode ending 5423)
•1p Power Force measuring tapes, twin pack (barcode ending 2775)
•1p Jacob's Savoury Crackers 200g (barcode ending 8099)
•1p yeast (barcode ending 0010)

Also - 4p three-pack cotton pants (barcode ending 643)

1.Before you go to Tesco, note down the items you're interested in, especially the barcodes.
2.These items could be anywhere in the store. Some people have found certain items in the chocolate aisle (such as the Toblerone) while others have found items in clearence sections. It varies with the store.
3.Items are unlikely to be priced at 1p on the shelves. So don't be put off if they are labelled with a more expensive price. Check the barcodes - if they match, they should scan at 1p. If they don't, it may be worth testing it out at the self-service till or asking a member of staff for help.


Tesco told us: "Once the festive season is over, we gradually reduce the price until all the stock is sold. We always aim to offer great value, and if customers are lucky enough to find these products still in stock, they really are a bargain!”
