Slabs
SlabsJust collected some new slabs for my patio and was delighted that they came on a pallet, which will be incorperated into my new chicken run.

Re: SlabsIt's really great to re-use and re-cycle stuff. Are you going to post a piccie when you are done?

Re: SlabsYes of course, but I am a bit of a ludite Im afraid and I have to wait for my daughter to visit and show me how to do it. Apparently I have to bluetooth it from my phone into the computer?
Unfortunately its a bit slow going at the moment as I teach 6 days a week. It will eventually get done in time though. lol Lorna I`m not a teacher for nothing, you know!! If I was clever, I`d be dangerous.
Re: SlabsFor the roof I bought 2 bits of trellis and hinged them from one side so I can get in to clean.
I will eventually staple chicken wire over the whole thing and a plastic covering over the roof bit. I am thinking of ways to make the lift up bit secure and foxproof. Lorna I`m not a teacher for nothing, you know!! If I was clever, I`d be dangerous.
