sand?

Post by Mrs B »

We have quite a lot of yellow sand (building sand?) left over from our patio build, any ideas what we can do with it?

It is about half of a big builders bag, maybe half a ton.

They move to the slabbed run 10th September so not worth doing but if they were not moving then that would be a good plan.

May fill some hollows in the ground with it or make a pathway until we get our hands on some cinders

We use sand and compost as a dust bath mix. If yours are going on slabs, you could use it their dust bath.

Or make an adult sized sand-pit and go nuts :-D

We had about the same left a couple of months ago. No friends wanted it, and no facebook friends, so I advertised it on Freecycle and it was gone i a couple of hours.
