Hanging Basket,s

i have 4 hanging baskets left i have already got strawberrys and tomatoes in some has anyone got any ideas what veg or fruit i could put in the last 4.

Nothing spring to mind to be honest! What about a different colour/size of tomato?

what about lettuce? you could put them in like you do trailing lobelia, and some in the top, I did try it once and it was quite sucessful, needs plenty of water, could also be quite decorative if you plant different colours or mixed leaf )t'

Hello,
Ali suggests courgettes. Might work, not all her ideas are daft you know.

I think thats a great idea Ali, you could do green and yellow ones and grow them so they are small (pay a fortune for miniature veg) and then the weight would not be too much )t'

How about a mixed herb one....

or one with peas trailing with a demon chilli in the centre.

or nasturtiums...

or dwarf french beans would be lovely.. )t'
