Good Day For A Bonfire

Post by Totally Scrambled »

Been really windy here today so I thought I'd have a bonfire as it was blowing away from the houses.
Had four big ballast bags of stuff from around the garden to burn and the wind really got it going so it burnt in no time. As it was going so quickly I filled another two bags and got them burned as well, so a very productive day :-D

You are so lucky having a bonfire when you want. Bonfires are illegal here only on June 23rd which is a saints day.

{rofwl} Yes, I can imagine! The thing is that I have thought about one of those dustbin incinerators, but either I would roast the chooks in the back garden or blow up the oil tank in the front! {rofwl}

We bought one of those Aldeeeeeee and it has been very useful, we generally have a fire around bonfire night when it won't bother anyone.
